Christmas Message from 1984

A way of distancing ourselves  from the significance of the nativity scene is to imagine that God the Father sent a "junior member" while He Himself remained aloof and distant from the plight of His creation. Yet the Bible reveals , how the full Trinity God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit entered our world of flesh through this tiny infant frame; motivated by love and with the redemption and relationship of souls foremost in His thinking, God become flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory...

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
